Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal St. No. 7 of 2017. As there is delay in preferring the appeal, this application has been preferred for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal.

and in view of the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that in the interest of justice, delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms.
