1] Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record copy of the order issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Nasik Division, Nasik according approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Shikshan sevak for a period of 2 years. Photo-stat copy of the order is taken on record and marked “X” for the purpose of identification.
2] It is contended by the petitioner that they were appointed somewhere in the year 2012 and have completed 3 years tenure as Shikshan Sevak in 2015. It would be necessary to take appropriate decision for their absorption as Assistant Teacher. The respondents shall take appropriate decision on its own merits, in accordance with the provisions of law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months and it is accordingly directed.
3] Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
