Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by passing the following order:

(i) The statement made in the letter dated 22^nd February 2016 (marked as “A-1” for identification) is accepted;

(ii) We direct the Revisional Authority to decide the application for interim relief/ prayer for interim relief as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three weeks from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced before the Revisional Authority;

(iii) All the contentions on merits of the pending application are kept open;

(iv) Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
