Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned AGP for the first respondent. In view of the averments made in the application, sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, the writ petition shall be listed on an appropriate weekly board.
