ORAL ORDER [PER SMT. V.K. TAHILRAMANI, J.] :
12.3.2014. The said application came to be granted by order
dated 10.9.2014. The petitioner was asked to furnish surety,
however, the petitioner stated that he could not furnish

surety and he prayed that he be released on cash security or
P.R. bond. The said request was rejected, however, the petitioner was granted some more time to furnish surety. Learned APP pointed out that thereafter the petitioner addressed a communication that he does not wish to pursue
his application for furlough and the same be filed. Pursuant
to the said request made by the petitioner, the application
for furlough came to be filed. In this view of the matter,
nothing survives in this petition, hence, Rule is discharged.
