1.The Petition was dismissed for non-payment of Court fees.
The Petitioner is a Public Charitable Trust. There were disputes
before the Charity Commissioner. As a result, the Court fees could
not be paid. Those disputes having now been resolved, the Court
fees will be paid, I am assured, on or before 2nd December 2016.
Subject to payment of Court fees and on production of proof of
payment, the Petition is restored to file.
2.The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with no
order as to costs.
