1.I have today separately passed an order in Guardianship
Petition No. 3 of 2011. For the reasons set out in that order, the
present Indian Adoption Petition is made absolute in terms of
prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:

“(a) That the Petitioners be declared as adoptive parents of the minor Girl Miss Zahra and they be declared as her natural parents in place of her original parents;

¶11

(b) That the Municipal corporation be directed to issue an appropriate birth certificate showing the names of Petitioners as the parents of Miss Zahra;”

2.Further, as in the case of Guardian Petition and for the same
reasons, on the application of the Petitioners’ Advocate, certified

copies of this order are to be issued expeditiously and on priority
basis out of turn.
