This is an application for condonation of delay.
The application is vehemently opposed by Mr. Shelat, the learned counsel for the non applicant.
However, taking into consideration the fact that the application in the identical matter is already allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-, the present application is also allowed. However, the same shall be subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the non applicants within a period of one week from today.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
