(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow/permit the respondent to reconstruct the contents of the said Consent Terms dated 5th July 2003 filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai in Company Petition No.1084 of 2001;
(b) That the Reconstructed Consent Terms be taken on record of the Hon'ble High Court in Company Petition No.1084 of 2001.
AND
3 Company application No. 226 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of
prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under :
(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow/permit the respondent to reconstruct the contents of the said Consent Terms dated 5th July 2003 filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai in Company Petition No.1085 of 2001;
(b) That the Reconstructed Consent Terms be taken on record of the Hon'ble High Court in Company Petition No.1085 of 2001.
