Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation (annexed at Exhibit. 'C' to the petition). It is submitted that the Corporation has called candidates for walk-in interview to fill in the posts of medical officers. It is submitted

that in accordance with the recruitment rules sanctioned in the year 2014 B.A.M.S.(Ayurveda) and B.H.M.S.(Homeopathic) are entitled to participate in the interview alongwith the MBBS degree holders for the post of medical officer.
