1] Heard. Perused the contents of the impugned notice. There are no objectionable contents. Perusal of the impugned notice shows that only in order to maintain the law and order at the time of handing over possession, the petitioner is directed to maintain peace. After hearing the counsel for petitioner, we find that there is no substance in the petition. As such, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Same is dismissed.
