Zambar was assaulted on his head by somebody. They found that he was assaulted by a big stone and he succumbed to injury on the spot. The informant Sagar is a nephew of the deceased Zambar. Pursuant to the first information report, the applicant/accused was arrested on 1st October, 2014. He is in prison since then. Hence, this bail application.
