2 Considering facts and circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondents No.2 and 3 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. On determination of amount of compensation, if it is held that petitioner is entitled to monetary benefits, Respondent No.4 is directed to make payment in favour of the petitioner considering his entitlement, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of such decision.
