The petitioner has approached this Court raising a grievance that he has not been provided proper medical treatment.
Perusal of paragraph 6 of the affidavit-inreply dated 28/2/2014 filed by the respondents reveals that petitioner has been provided a specialized treatment in the Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur so also by the Dental Surgeon for his dental problem. It has further been stated in the

affidavit-in-reply that the petitioner is in the habit of making false and incorrect allegations.
In that view of the matter, we do not find that any case is made out by the petitioner for interference. The criminal writ petition is, therefore, rejected.
Fee payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner is quantified as rupees one thousand five hundred.
