Education Officer, Zilla Parishad Jalgaon and fairly indicated that the impugned order withdrawing sanction for the appointment of the petitioner as Head Master was an aberration. It was an incorrect decision. We, therefore, set aside the said decision. Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Rule made absolute in above terms.
