1.Due to passage of time, nothing survives in
these petitions. The respondents received permission
to run the school. They are running their schools for
last more than 10 years. If the petitioners are
interested in starting new school in the changed
circumstances, they may apply afresh. In view of
this, all petitions stand disposed of.
2.In view of disposal of above petitions, Civil
Application Nos.996 of 2003, 3836 of 2005 and 3648 of
2006 stand disposed of.
