1] The Petitioner has tendered Indemnity Bond signed by him on 14th February 2014 before Jaehoon Kim, Notary Public -State of New Jersey. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent after perusing a true copy thereof states that that the same is in order. The Indemnity Bond is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification.
2] The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that all the terms and conditions incorporated in the Consent Terms filed on 4th September 2013 have been complied with. We accept the said statement. In view of the said statement, the Petition will have to be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
3] We must note here that as agreed between the parties, on 16th December 2013, a decree of divorce by mutual consent has been passed by the Family Court in Petition No.A-2073 of 2012.
