learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 to 6. The limited grievance made in this Petition is that an Appeal preferred by the Petitioners under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is kept pending from the year 2010 and the same has not been decided. The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Appeal is pending, but disposal of the Appeal may require some time.

3] Hence, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:

A) We direct the Petitioners or their authorised

representative to appear before the Appellate Authority on 10^th March 2014 at 2.30 p.m. The Petitioners shall produce

an authenticated copy of this order before the Appellate Authority;

B] The Appellate Authority shall make an endeavor to decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possibly and preferably within a period of three months from 10^th March 2014;

C] All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open;

D] Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order;

¶24

E] The Petition is disposed of on above terms.
