We are informed by the learned AGP that the meeting of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee will be held on 18^th & 19^th July, 2014. In view of this statement, we dispose of these Petitions by passing the following order :

i. The proposals for grant of environmental clearance to the petitioners in these Petitions, shall be placed before the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee on 18^th and 19^th July, 2014. After considering the relevant documents, if the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee finds that the documents are in order, the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee shall take appropriate decision and forward the proposals to the Maharashtra State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority;

ii. In the event the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee finds that the proposal of the petitioners is not in order, necessary communication shall be issued to the petitioners by the third respondent on or before 31^st July, 2014 to enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps.

iii. The Petitions are disposed of on above terms.
