By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1-Bank to release an amount of Rs.4,19,758/- in favour of the petitioner as the same had been illegally adjusted by the respondent no.1-Bank. The petitioner also seeks a direction to the respondent no.1-Bank to pay an amount of Rs.21,07,677/which is due and payable to the petitioner.
Shri Joharapurkar, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the petitioner's services had been terminated and the petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order of termination. It is stated that in this background, the reliefs sought by the petitioner could not be granted.
In view of the aforesaid, it would not be possible for this Court to grant the relief sought by the petitioner. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
The petitioner is, however, at liberty to approach this Court after the writ petition filed by the petitioner against the order of termination is decided.
