- A preliminary objection is raised by the learned AGP. He submits that, Advertisement is issued by respondent No.3. The appointments are also to be given by the Respondent No.3 Zilla Parishad, Buldhana. In that view of the matter, petition may not be maintainable before this Bench.
- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is Resident of Parbhani District. He further submits that, advertisement is published at Parbhani, and therefore, this Bench can hear this petition. However, in the alternate he submits that, if this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, in that case, petition may be transferred to Nagpur Bench.
