2 The petitioner claims to be a retired Headmaster, who

had put in around more than 35 years of service. His pension papers

are not forwarded to the respondent No. 7. His pension papers are

not processed by the management.

3 The learned AGP appearing for respondents No. 5 to 7

submits that in case the Service Book and other relevant papers are forwarded, the decision would be taken expeditiously on the issue of grant of pension to the petitioner.

4 The learned counsel for the management submits that the management has taken a serious note of the conduct of the petitioner wherein he alleged that the management/trustees are illegally discharging their duties. We have not expressed any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioner and also the view adopted by the management on the petitioner's allegations.

5 We direct the management to forwarded the Service Book and other relevant papers to the respondent No. 7 – The Educational Inspector Greater Mumbai (South Zone), Mumbai, within four weeks from today.

6 We direct respondent No. 7 to pass appropriate orders within further four weeks there from and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

7 With these observations and directions, the petition is disposed of.
