1 Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.2 claims that he belongs to a Hindu Mahadev Koli caste and he was elected from a ward reserved for the schedule tribe category. The learned counsel, however, submits that Respondent No.2 does not belong to the schedule tribe category and therefore, Respondent No.2's caste claim should be verified.
