The respondent to the present petition had approached before the learned Labour Court, Latur in Criminal Complaint (ULP) No. 25 of 2012, in which the show-cause notice dated 8th November, 2012, came to be issued to the present petitioner, which is subject matter of the instant petition.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited my attention to the fact that, the Criminal Complaint (ULP) No. 25 of 2012 is withdrawn by the respondent.
The Counsel for respondent does not object to the above referred submission.
In view of the above statement, the instant petition is disposed of as infructuous.
