1 In para 4 of the Affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondents, the deponent - Sandeep G. Patil, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sub-Division, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik submitted that by communication dated 30th June, 2014 a reference has been made to the Civil Judge, Senior Division,Tal. Malegaon, Nashik. In view of the said statement made by the deponent, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the grievance of the Petitioners stands redressed and the Petition be disposed of accordingly.
2 In view of the statement made as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
