averments made in the Petition and in particular Paragraph 22 thereof that the Petitioner has a personal interest in the subject matter of challenge. Therefore, the Petitioner cannot maintain this Public Interest Litigation. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondents pointed out to us that the Petitioner on 29th May 2014 submitted a redemption form to the Unit Trust of India Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited and the redemption proceeds have been in fact transferred to her account.
