AGP appearing for Respondent nos. 1,2 and 4. The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Application at Exhibit E dated 3rd October 2013 made by them is still kept pending. Learned counsel for the Petitioners pointed out that the District Collector forwarded the said Application to the Sub-Divisional Officer on 11th November 1013 for necessary action, but, as of today, no action has been taken by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The learned AGP has no instructions about the status of the proceedings before the Sub-Divisional Officer.

O R D E R
(a) We direct the Petitioners or their authorised representative to appear before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pandharpur Division, Pandharpur District Solapur on 22nd September, 2014 at 11 a.m;
(b) The Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order along with copies of the letters dated 3rd October, 2013, and 1st November, 2013 before the Sub-Divisional Officer;
(c) The Sub-Divisional Officer shall consider the Application made by the Petitioner on 3rd October, 2013 and shall take an appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from 22nd September, 2014;
(d) We make it clear that we have not made any adjudication on merits of the application made by the Petitioner;
(e) Petition is disposed of in above terms.
(f) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
