Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that though the Petitioners are not accepting the objection raised by the contesting Respondents to their locus, with a view to ensure that the issue raised by the PIL does not suffer, they do not want to prosecute this Petition any further. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, we dispose of the PIL. We, however, make it very clear that the issues raised in this Petition survive and no adjudication is made by this Court on merits of the issues raised by the Petitioners.
