[2] The petitioner, who has no previous background of any social service has come up with a case that the Municipal Council, Satara Deolai should follow the provisions of law, while demolishing the alleged unauthorized structures. Since last 7 to 8 days the Builder/s, who constructed unauthorizedly have been approaching to this Court and getting suitable orders protecting their structures.
[2] As petition does not contain necessary details and scrutiny of individual case will be necessary, we are not inclined to look into the general grievance in the matter. Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
