We have heard the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties on the last date. After having heard the submissions, we are of the view that this is not a fit case where a Public Interest Litigation can be entertained.
We, accordingly, dispose of the Public Interest Litigation as withdrawn. This order will not preclude the petitioner from making appropriate representation to the Government. The State Government will deal with the said representation in accordance with law.
