This Notice of Motion is taken out by the Plaintiffs for directions against Defendant No.1 to furnish a security for the principal amount or in the alternative for warrant of attachment before judgment. Learned Counsel for Defendant No.1 submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 20 October 2010, an amount of Rs.40 lacs has been deposited in this Court on 25 October 2010. Nothing, therefore, survives in the Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
