Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents no. 1 to 5. The learned counsel for the respondent no.6 was not present when the Writ Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 5th March 2014.
For the reasons stated in the application the prayer made in the application is granted and the Writ Petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- in the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week. If the costs are paid and the Writ Petition is restored, issue notice to the respondent no.6 for hearing of the Writ Petition on merits. Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
