05.05.2012 has been violated by the respondent. However, it appears from the order that, if the petitioner files the application to the Grievance Cell, the Bank will forward it. The application pointed out by the learned Counsel for petitioner (Exhibit D to the petition) is not addressed to the Grievance Cell. It is addressed to the Bank. The petitioner has not taken steps, as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2012.
