Heard. It is claimed in this contempt petition that the Industrial Court, Aurangabad, in Complaint ULP No.29/2003, directed the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer to forward proposal to State Government for absorbing daily wagers as mentioned in the order, as per Government Resolution dated 31.1.1996, within three months. According to learned counsel for petitioner, looking to the reply filed by respondents, the proposal was sent on 20.9.2012 which is quite delayed.

Learned A.G.P. Submits that, the proposal was initially sent on 3.10.2011 and in view of queries, further representation was made on 20.9.2012, copy of which is filed on record. Learned A.G.P. submits that, the State will decide the proposal within specific time.

Considering the order passed by the Industrial Court to forward the proposal, when the proposal had been forwarded, the order as far as regards sending of proposal, is complied. As far as regards the grievance that the proposal was forwarded late, on this count, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt proceedings. When the proposal has been forwarded by the State Government, the State Government will take appropriate decision.

4. Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
