2.The Petition was admitted by an order dated 12th
September, 2013. It was subsequently advertised. Mr. Kamat,
learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention to the affidavit
dated 11th November, 2013 filed by one Shivanand R. Hemmady,
on behalf of the company. In that affidavit, the company has
admitted the dues of the petitioner which are in the amount of
Rs.1,14,870/-. These dues admittedly arise under two invoices
raised by the petitioner for the supply and sale of printing material,
stationary and similar goods.
