this very day, and over the lunch recess, settled their disputes. The
respondent-Company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7.5 Lakhs to
the petitioner and the petitioner has agreed to accept this in full and
final satisfaction of his claim. Ms. Phene, on behalf of the
respondent-Company says payment shall be made on or before 31st
March 2014. Needless to add that necessary tax deductions will be
from this amount. By consent, the petition is disposed of as settled.
No order as to costs.
