2.The parties have also settled a separate civil proceeding, i.e.,
Suit No. 72 of 2011. They have filed consent terms in that suit.
Following that settlement, the original petitioners have filed an
affidavit dated 25th February 2014 confirming that they have
withdrawn all allegations against the respondents; seeking that the
Company Petition No. 82 of 2012 filed before the Company Law
Board be dismissed as withdrawn; and praying the impugned order
dated 7th June 2013 be quashed and set aside.

3.Signed consent terms to this effect are also tendered. They
are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. The consent
terms have been signed by: (a) the Advocates for the parties; (b) one
Mr. Alok Prabhat, constituted attorney for the petitioners who is
present in Court; and (c) one Shrinivas Chakravarti for the
respondents who is also present in Court. Minutes are also signed
by the same parties. There will be a order in terms of the minutes.
