period. It is submitted that it is easy to

make an allegation of rape and it is always
difficult to refute it. Hence, request be
considered.

3.The applicant is in custody since
08.03.2014. Every accused in custody has right
to have an early trial. Hence, request
deserves consideration.

4.The Bail Application stands disposed
of as withdrawn. The Court of Sessions at
Sangli seized with S.c. No.121 of 2014 arising
out of C.R.No.25 of 2014 registered with the
Atpadi Police Station for the offences
punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the

Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 & 6 of
the Protection of Children from Sexual
Offences Act, 2012 is directed to commence and
complete the said trial as expeditiously as

possible and in any event by the end of
30.04.2015, saving just exception. The
applicant shall cooperate for expeditious
disposal of the trial as ordered. In the event
of trial being not complete by the said date,
liberty to the applicant to renew the prayer
