throttling the progress of ongoing investigation or
misuse the protection granted by this order for
fleeing away or for any other oblique purpose.

punishable under Section 354(A)(1)(D) of Indian
Penal Code and Sections 7, 8, 11(i)(iv) and 12 of
the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences
Act, 2012 not to take coercive steps of arrest
against the applicant uptil 22122014, 11.00 am.
