1.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of
the petitioner has submitted that the
petitioner has taken away the papers from him
and he does not have any instructions. With the
assistance of the learned APP appearing for the

State, we have perused the petition, the
annexures thereto and the reliefs claimed by
the petitioner.
2.The grievance of the petitioner
appears to be that, though he had filed a
complaint which disclosed commission of a
cognizable offence, no steps were taken by the
police for registration of FIR.
3.Since this is the main relief which is
claimed for by the petitioner, in our view, the
petition can be conveniently disposed of by
directing the petitioner to approach the
Grievance Cell which has been constituted by
the police pursuant to direction given by this
Court.
4.The petitioner shall approach the
Grievance Cell and file his written complaint.

Upon such complaint being received, the
Grievance Cell shall look into the matter and
take steps and action in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of.
5.In view of disposal of the main
petition, the criminal applications do not
survive and they accordingly stand disposed of.
