By this petition, Petitioners are seeking appropriate writ, order and direction, directing Respondent No. 1 to register the FIR against Respondent No. 4 and concerned officials of Respondent No. 5, on the basis of the written complaint dated 26.6.2013 filed by them. In our view, petition can be disposed of by directing the Petitioners to approach the concerned police station and submit their complaint to the concerned police officer. Upon receiving such a complaint, the concerned police officer may consider the said complaint and take steps, in accordance with law. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
