The applicant has approached this Court for suspension of sentence and release on bail during the pendency of the appeal.

The case is based only on the circumstantial evidence. Insofar as the present applicant is concerned, there is no evidence of he having any sort of relationship with accused Nos. 1 and 2. The role attributed is that the vehicle of the applicant was used for committing murder of the deceased. 	we find that the present applicant has good case
	on merit. The application is allowed.
	Pending hearing and final disposal of
	the appeal, the substantive sentence of
	imprisonment imposed upon the applicant/
	appellant is hereby suspended and he is directed
	to be released on bail on furnishing a P. R. Bond
	in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five
	thousand only) with one or two sureties to make
	up the like amount.
