By this Application the Applicant seeks expeditious hearing of the Appeal filed by the Applicant.

It is true that the Appeal filed by the Applicant is of the year 2013. However, while rejecting the bail application, Pthis Court had permitted the Applicant to file a private paperbook. In the light of the fact that the Applicant was in Jail since the date of his arrest i.e. since 2008. Since the Applicant has now undergone practically 6 years of imprisonment, we allow this Application to the extent of directing that the Appeal filed by the Applicant be added to

the final hearing board at its appropriate place on the board in the second week of December 2014.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the paper-book would be filed within two days from today. If the paper-book is filed within two days from today, Registry to accept the paper-book if filed on or before 1^st December 2014.
