.By this second application for bail the

applicant makes a grievance that in spite of
direction given by this Court vide order dated 18
062014, the trial is yet not commenced. He seeks
leave for renewing for the prayer for bail with
said count.

2.The perusal of the order dated 18062014
reveals that by the said order the trial Court was

directed to make best endeavor to complete the
trial within a period of six months from the date
of framing of charge. Needless to add the same does
not denote that the matter was made time bound.
Having regard to it, merely because the trial was
not complete within a period of six months would
not be a ground for accepting the prayer for bail.

3.Since learned APP has brought to the

notice that charge is framed on 14072014, the
application is disposed of with the direction to
the trial Court to commence the recording of
evidence at the earliest and conclude the entire
trial before 30042015.
