2.The 3rd Defendant who is present in Court undertakes to
this Court to withdraw his application no. 1721642 for a trade mark
as also his opposition to the Plaintiff’s registration application
no.1793685.
3. In view of the above and the orders in Notice of Motion (L)
No. 1386 of 2014 and Notice of Motion (L) No. 630 of 2014, the
suit is disposed of in terms of the above orders. No order as to
costs.
4. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the rules.
5. Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts on
payment of his cost, charges and expenses by the Plaintiffs.
