IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION SUIT NO.2881 OF 1996
M/s. Nego Holdings Ltd.…Plaintiffs
Versus
National Stock Exchange of India…Defendants
Mr.S.K.Dubey, for the Plaintiffs.
Mr.V.K.Rambhadran, for the Defendants.
CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED: 10th June 2014
PC:-
1.Mr. Rambhadran, learned Advocate for the Defendants is
justified in his statement that the Plaintiff-Company having been
already wound up, the suit must be dismissed. He draws attention
to an order dated 20th June 2007 in Company Petition No. 1016 of
2000 and an order dated 7th August 2008 in Appeal No.100 of
2008. A perusal of this orders indicates that the Company is,
indeed, no longer in existence.
2.The suit is dismissed.
