On hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the impugned order passed by the State Information Commissioner, it appears that there is no scope for interference with the impugned order as it is rightly held by the authority that the petitioner could not have been supplied with the information, in view of the provisions of Section 8 (j) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 as the information sought by the petitioner related to the personal information in regard to the operation and sonography of Ku. Minakshi Kamble. The order is just and proper and calls for no interference.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
