By this application, the applicants seek extension of time to furnish solvent surety as directed to be furnished within a period of six weeks by an order dated 7th December, 2012. The counsel for the applicants states that the solvent surety would be furnished by 1st of March, 2013. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 does not have any objection to the prayer made. Hence, the petitioners-applicants are granted time till 1st of March, 2013 , to furnish solvent surety. Civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
