may be issued directing respondent no.1 to consider the application filed by the petitioner under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966. Since this is the only relief claimed by the petitioner, the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to decide the application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the receipt of this order. Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
