Similar matters have been disposed of yesterday by this Court while passing orders in Writ Petition Nos. 2101, 2110 of 2013 etc. The matter was required to be kept back as full instructions were not received by the respective counsel.

Today upon instructions, it is reported that

the petitioner has completed curriculum for 7^th Semester and though he has been permitted to appear for 8^th Semester examination because of orders of this Court, his internal assessment is stated to be in process.

Shri Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 College submits that the same can be done within a period of 10 days and thereafter, respondent no.1 may declare his result.

Ms. Inamdar, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that if respondent no.2 furnishes those details to respondent no.1, respondent no.1 should be asked to declare the result of 7^th and 8^th Semester and to regularize the admission in stipulated time.

In view of the orders passed yesterday, Shri Patil, learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection. Accordingly, we direct the respondent no.1 to forward the internal assessment result and details of petitioner to respondent no.1

within a period of 10 days from today. The respondent no.1 shall thereafter, within a further period of 10 days arrange to declare the result of petitioner for 7^th and 8^th semesters and to regularize his admission. Petitioner is directed to attend respondent no.2 College from 24.07.2013.

Writ Petition is, thus disposed of. No cost.
